Ti Lung είναι ένας από τους πιο δημοφιλής
ηθοποιούς ταινιών πολεμικών της
πασίγνωστης εταιρίας παραγωγής ταινιών
SHAW BROTHERS και αυτή τη στιγμή είναι ένας
από τους πιο σεβαστούς ηθοποιούς στο
Hong Kong. Γεννήθηκε στις 3-8-1946 στο Guangdong.
Σπούδασε Wing Chun Kung Fu με δάσκαλο τον master
Wan Chu. To 1969 εμφανίστηκε με έναν σημαντικό
ρόλο στην ταινία παραγωγής Shaw Brothers
“Return of the One-Armed Shordsman μαζί με τον Jimmy Wang
Yu. Γύρισε αρκετές ταινίες παραγωγής
Shaw Brothers με μεγάλη επιτυχία και παρέμεινε
στην εταιρία μέχρι τις αρχές της δεκαετίας
του '80, στη συνέχεια γύρισε κάποιες
ταινίες στην Taiwan και το 1986 επέστρεψε
στο Hong Kong στην ταινία του John Woo “A Better
Tomorrow” O Ti Lung εκτός από ηθοποιός έχει
σκηνοθετήσει κάποιες ταινίες,επίσης
έχει εργαστεί και στην τηλεόραση. Το
2000 κέρδισε το βραβείο του καλύτερου
ηθοποιού.
